Having a good fit with your therapist is critical for effective psychotherapy.

During the free 20-minute consult, think about issues you'd like to work on and share any concerns you may have. Once you identify what you want to work on, I will collaborate with you to create a case conceptualization to determine appropriate modalities that will give you effective emotional healing. This is your opportunity to interview me to see if my approach and personality are going to work for you.

Take the first step into your healing journey and send me a message or give me a call!

*You have a right to receive a good faith estimate for payment of services upon request.
